Shipping & Handling
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: Our products are made to order, and typically require 1-3 business days for production.
- Shipping Time: After processing, shipping times depend on your location:
- To the USA: 5-7 business days
Please be aware that delivery times may vary, especially for remote areas which might require additional transit time. We strive to process and ship your order as promptly as possible.

Product Details
As our items are handcrafted, there may be slight variations between the product images and the actual product you receive. Minor differences in pattern alignment or seam appearance are expected and should be considered as part of the handcrafted nature of our products.
Where Our Items Are Made
We operate two manufacturing facilities—one in the USA and one in Asia. While most products are produced in the USA, orders may be processed in our Asian facility if our US facility is at capacity. Regardless of the production location, we maintain the highest quality standards.
Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple items or different product styles may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number for your convenience.
